On July 25, 1990 Concord Securities Group officially attained company registration and devoted into the financial services industry, the first operation foothold was established on FuXing North Road. The capital at the time was NT$1,356,000,000.
With our motto of "Professionalism" , "Integrity" and "Passion" , in the last fifteen years, Concord Securities Group has been not only developing and expanding but also working hard towards providing a total solution financial service. Despite that during this period, we were hit by fire and flood, but with the support of the Board of Directors, the Supervisors, our staffs and good faith, we were able to turn crisis into opportunities and achieve our present scale. Our capital has now expanded to NT$6,120,000,000.

Ever since the establishment of Concord Securities Group, each year we have had a significant breakthrough and unprecedented development. No matter in the expansion of number of branches, the growth of operating profit, or even the increase in the number of the services provided, each has been the fruitful result of the each member of Concord Securities Group. Prior to 2003, Concord Securities long-term credit rating had been remained at BB(twn). Due to industry approval and affirmation, the rating was raised to BB+(twn) by the end of the same year. By 2004, the rating was again raised to BBB(twn) and in the beginning of 2005 the rating was raised to BBB+(twn), and once again being raised to the A-(twn) due to the increasing margin loan, and stable income growth in the 2007. These achievements are the results of hard work and diligence of each member of the Concord Securities Group family.
Concord Securities Group has officially become the general representative of KBC Asset Management N.V in Taiwan since 2006. Moreover, in 2007 KBC Asset Management N.V and Concord Securities Group have a joint venture in the “Sunrise Asset Management Corp.”, therefore, Concord Securities Group and KBC Asset Management N.V will continues provide comprehensive asset investment services.
Becoming an investment bank is an inevitable route for Concord Securities Group. Facing competitions from foreign houses, domestic Financial Holdings Companies and peers, other than constantly increase our competitiveness and core value. Moreover, we will form strategic alliances with other financial institutions, introduce quality new financial products, establish a complete risk management mechanism, strengthen our management and retaining talents in facing each challenge and we will further our efforts in internationalization and create a brand new financial services system
