Channel Sales Division
In the competitive financial market in Taiwan, controlling the sales channels would be the greatest niche to obtain the market share. At the present, we have over 25 security and futures operating locations throughout the country. To better serve our clients with our channel location, we devote our effort in balanced development of each service area, cultivation of professional knowledge, as well as diversified and professional service.
The scope of our diversified service includes:
Brokerage Service:
We cultivate the function of securities channels, increase the competiviness of each location, develop strategic alliance to combine the marketing systems of different groups, and establish a brokerage system with relevant regulations. We aim to increase the sales of multiple
financial products both home and abroad and reinforce the channel and distribution ability of brokerage in order to increase the market share.

Corporate Service:
As a result of the gradual increase of corporate service and amount of corporate transactions, our logistic provides support in the development and communication of corporate clients, provision of relevant information in securities and investment, as well as better customer service. Our best service follows the three principles aiming to offer complete and attentive services, professional consultations, and non-price competitions:
1. Attentive
Services: Unlike other companies that allow only one broker to look after one company, we attend to customer's needs through teamwork.
2. Professional Consultation Services:
Our customers will enjoy the satisfaction of one-stop and diversified service from our strategic alliance and integrated resources. We provide service to our customers with expert opinions from different areas such as financial engineering and various resources.
3. Non-price Competition:
We care for our customers through frequent company visits, corporate presentations, workshops, educational trainings, service resource sharing, and contact sharing.

Proprietary Margin Trading:
The proprietary margin trading service is established to enhance the integrity and profitability of brokerage service. While setting up the service, we also establish regulations for risk management to lower the risk and increase the performance.

E-Commerce:
Following the promotion of e-trading of our securities market in 1998, we established the e-Commerce Department in March, 1999. Our e-Commerce Department is responsible for the maintenance of internet and voice ordering system, customer service, website construction and maintenance, as well as the promotion and hosting marketing activities. Our branch offices are established
throughout Taiwan to better serve our clients. Our e-Commerce Department has been dedicating to the maintenance of e-trading system, assisting marketing activities of physical channels, and organizing professional educational training in e-trading to promote the performance and market share of e-trading.
In the area of customer service, the e-Commerce Department has trained a group of professional service team which has received warm acclaims. In addition to the 0800 toll-free number that provides online real-time consultation and inquiries about marketing activities, the department also helps the sales representatives from different branch office in the promotion of online trading. In response to the coming of digitalization, we have established a complete information network, introduced the latest technology to provide a professional, user-friendly and international trading platform. In addition to online and voice ordering system, we also provide a wireless mobile ordering platform. As for the website, we provide complete investment research reports, real-time information with rich content hoping to offer a learning environment for those who just start their financial planning. Our ultimate goal is to provide a convenient, fast, safe and stable trading platform and the best e-Commerce service for our clients.
In the future, our corporate image will be built based on our excellent service and quality of e-Commerce. Following the trend of fast-growing e-Commerce market, we will strengthen our diversified financial planning service; and promote online-trading to increase the return on investment and market share. As a return to our clients, we will build virtual channel through alliance with other industries, upgrade the quality of our ordering platform and

Sub-brokerage service:
We also provide the “Sub-brokerage service” to handle relevant issues in the trading of Hong Kong stocks to offer more diversified and complete service.

Offshore Funds:
Following the trend of globalization, we also provide services for offshore funds to complete financial product network to satisfy our clients. Wealth management service
The Wealth Management department was established in Dec.23 2007, service includes:
1. domestics and foreign equity market
2. domestic and overseas mutual funds
3. equity-link product/interest rate link products
4. fixed income financial products
5. structure notes
6. other derivative financial products

The investment strategy of wealth management department is based on varies products with highly matures’ trading strategy and financial engineering plan to form the best investment plan for our clients:
1. Conservative investment strategy:Mainly invest in highest ranking of fixed income products to minimize the risk.
2. Moderate investment strategy:Flexible arbitrage trading strategy to ensure the stable revenue.
3. Growth investment strategy:Composite of conservative products and fixed income products with varies of structure notes to increase the assets value.
4. Constructive investment strategy:Under the reasonable risk tolerance and asset allocation to place the investment in the equity and bond market to maximize the return.

The goal of wealth management department is “from Assets management to Wealth management for clients”, using the Know Your Customers (KYC) procedure to customize the very personal investment packet for every single client, alone with strategic alliance with other financial intuitions to offer the complete and diverse financial services to maximize the profit for the clients.
